Melodi Parker, M.Ed., LPC-S, NCC


Melodi is originally from Oklahoma and has been in Texas for over 10 years. She is married and has one son and understands it takes time to balance family, a career, and LIFE! Her counseling approach is Adlerian Therapy, which focuses on understanding the unique and inner beliefs to increase self-awareness. She specializes in working with families dealing with divorce and grief. Melodi also works with individuals suffering from depression, anger, anxiety, and provides parental consultation/workshops on Social Emotional Learning (SEL). Additional experience includes being a Certified School Counselor, Adult Mental Health First Aid Trainer, trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Brainspotting - Phase 1. Both EMDR and Brainspotting are effective for treating traumatic experiences.

LaTreece Ross, M.Ed., LPC


LaTreece is originally from Detroit Michigan and has been in Texas for 16 years. Prior to transitioning to her role as Licensed Professional Counselor, she was a Special Education Teacher for over 10 years. Her counseling approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses on helping clients find new ways to cope with everyday life as they reframe their thought patterns. She specializes in working with adolescents with depression, anxiety, anger management issues, and ADHD. LaTreece also specializes in working with couples and families struggling with trauma, grief, or divorce.

Meka McBride, LCSW


Meka's goal is to provide quality services to clients by establishing relationships that encourage growth and mutual respect. She is a licensed clinical social worker who has been providing therapy services for over 5 years. Meka is trained to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families with varying levels of psychological and relational concerns. She believes therapy is a tool that you can use to navigate anything, big or small. In addition, it's beneficial to everyone and being in therapy allows you to express yourself in a judgment free environment. 

Meka's primary therapeutic approach is solution-focused counseling. She is also trained to provide therapy services as a safe space in the LGBQT community. Meka is here to guide you, advise you, provide strong active listening skills, support, and direct you in finding the solutions to your struggles. Her goal is to use her best judgement and experienced clinical skill sets to direct you along your journey.
